
Brian Anatol began his career serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps, where he achieved the rank of Sergeant. During his service, he specialized in civil engineering support and transportation management, serving as the Licensing NCO responsible for training, testing, and certifying personnel for specialized vehicle operations. In this role, he managed logistics, coordinated personnel and vehicle deployment across multiple sites, and ensured full operational readiness each day. His duties included maintaining compliance and safety records, overseeing licensing standards, and supervising the technical training of staff—all of which instilled in him a foundation of discipline, precision, and leadership that continues to guide his professional career.
After completing his military service, Brian earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and transitioned into the construction and heavy civil industry, where he has built a reputation for operational leadership, fiscal management, and technical expertise.
In his earlier roles within the industry, Brian was responsible for training, testing, and certifying personnel for specialized vehicle operations, ensuring that all employees met company and regulatory safety standards. He coordinated personnel and equipment deployment across multiple job sites, maintaining full operational readiness while optimizing efficiency and resource utilization. His work included maintaining compliance records, managing logistics, and overseeing all aspects of safety, licensing, and workforce preparedness.
Now working at a multimillion-dollar construction firm, Brian manages departmental budgets, negotiates vendor pricing, and leads the acquisition and integration of GPS technology, hardware, and software to modernize and streamline company operations. His ability to combine technical precision with strategic leadership and fiscal accountability has made him a trusted and effective manager in the construction industry.
Outside of his professional career, Brian is deeply passionate about youth and athletic development. He has coached soccer for over a decade, leading semi-professional men’s teams, competitive travel clubs, and high school programs. He also serves as the liaison between travel and recreational soccer divisions, helping align coaching standards and player development across programs.
