Dr. Gáb is a graduate of Columbia University, Teachers College holding a Doctorate in Mathematics Education. He received a Master of Science in Engineering Science degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark College of Engineering. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University with a double major in Mathematics and Physics, and certificate of proficiency minor in Hungarian. Gáb has more than 20 years of teaching experience at all levels of mathematics learning with various age groups. His work includes comprehensive research experience and a substantial body of publications. He has presented at various conferences both nationally and internationally on topics of mathematics education, identity, popular culture, academic technology, and game-based learning.
